From the young generation of the Incisa della Rocchetta family, Marchese Piero fulfilled a long-cherished dream and founded his own winery in 2004. Since then, no less than the most spectacular Pinot Noirs of the southern hemisphere have come from the Bodega Chacra, located on the Rio Negro in Patagonia, produced biodynamically and with a finesse, a crystalline fruit, an almost ethereal lightness and complexity that is simply breathtaking despite its firm structure and concentration.
