Château Lamothe Bergeron is a medium-sized Haut Médoc estate located in the commune of Cussac, just south of St-Julien. The château took the name “Lamothe Bergeron” in honour of Jacques de Bergeron who achieved such fame and prestige as an agronomist. Lamothe Bergeron is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon (46%), Merlot (49%) and Cabernet Franc (5%). The bouquet of this wine may somewhat astound at first; its youthfulness and scents of flint and cinnamon will finally captivate.
Cuvée 2014: 52% Merlot, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot
