Chateau d'Escurac is 23 ha large which is planted with 48% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% mit Petit Verdot. The "Grand Vin" persist mostly out of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot.
He matures 12 months in 30% new barrels. But 20% of them are out of american oak barrels - in Bordeaux really extraordinary. The Chateau produces around 60.000 bottles per year.
