The grapes of Chateau Plince grows up on a chalky, gritty and loam terroir. Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon is planted and the grapes are 25 years old. Because of the balanced minerals and numerous hours of sun the wine gets a crimson color with a purple glow. It tastes towards red and black berries with fine tannins. It reminds a bit of burgundy.
