1.1 Customer's details are only stored and used for processing the order based on the relevant data protection regulations in the Federal Data Protection Law and the Tele-Services Data Protection Law. You can ask for information about your data stored in our database at any time and free of charge.

1.2 Due to the above-mentioned laws, any additional services (customer account, newsletter) require the customer's consent.

1.3 Registered customers (with customer account): The user must undertake to keep his user's code word and password in a safe place and to make sure that they cannot be lost and that no third party has access to them or knows them. If the password is lost, the user is obliged to inform the provider without delay. This can also be done by e-mail. Immediately on receipt of the information, the provider will block the user's access to the area protected by the password. It is only possible to undo the block after the provider has received a written application from the user. This does not prejudice the possible new registration of the user. If a third party gets to know your user code word and/or password due to negligence, then the user is liable for the full value of all orders placed under this user code word and password up to the time when the report of the loss was received. If the user is not responsible for letting a third party know the user code word and password, then the liability is limited to € 50.00.
