Château Plaisance is a vineyard with a long history in Montagne. The Ducourt family purchased it from the Larribière-Despagne family in 1994. This predecessor family had run the estate since 1935.
The vineyards are planted with 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. The wine of Château Plaisance is distinguished by its clear coffee and plum notes on the nose and lively bouquet with ripe fruits, liquorice and a slight oaky tone.
