- For deliveries sent by forwarding contractors, the total number of bottles must always be dividable by 6.
- If you require assistance to transfer the shipment to the intended storage room within Germany, please let us know in advance.
- Please make sure that someone is available to accept the shipment during the day on the agreed delivery day. If the carrier has to make a second journey, we will be obliged to charge the costs to your account.
- On request, we will be pleased to let you know the costs involved for deliveries to countries other than listed above.
